Frequently asked questions

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A LIFT CYCLE CLASS?

All classes are 45 minutes long and fully choreographed to the beat of the music. There will be many drills incorporated to help make it a full body work out. There will be one arm track using hand weights, and a cool down with a stretch. You will also get a chilled eucalyptus towel at the end!

ARE THE CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS?

All fitness levels are welcome! This is your ride. All we ask is that you do what you can! If something doesn’t feel right for your body, don’t do it. Anything done out of the saddle can be done seated. The instructor will give resistance level suggestions, but you are in control of the resistance on your bike. Do your best, and keep pedaling!

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RIDE?

All riders must be at least 14 years old. Riders under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver in person at the studio.

I’M NEW. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET THERE?

Come on in and sign in at the front desk. They will be able to show you around, answer any questions you may have, and help you with bike set up. We recommend coming at least 15 minutes early for your first ride.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH BIKE SET UP AND CLIPS?

We’d love to help! Ask the front desk or your instructor for assistance. We can fit the bike to your body to help you feel more comfortable and work more efficiently.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing that is easy to move in, and fitted near the ankle. You will also need a pair of cycling shoes with SPD clips. You can wear your own, but we also have them for rent or purchase at the studio.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Cycling shoes if you have them, and water. We have a filtered water station for refills and provide towels.

HOW DO I RESERVE A BIKE?

Start by creating an account. Next, go to our PRICING page to BUY CLASSES. Once you have rides on your account, go to the SCHEDULE and reserve your class. Make sure you also select your bike. You will get a confirmation once your reservation is confirmed. Booking for each week becomes available on Sundays at 4pm, so that’s the best time to book to guarantee a specific time or bike.

what if i am running late?

If you are running late, please call and let us know to hold your bike. Bikes are released to the waitlist 2 minutes before class otherwise. When you get there, check in with the front desk and we can let you in after the first song. After the second song, we cannot let anyone in the studio.

what if i need to cancel?

You can cancel online or by calling the studio. Canceling up to 12 hours before your class has no penalty.

Canceling a ride on a class pack within 12 hours of class will result in the loss of that class credit.

Canceling a ride on a membership within 12 hours of class will result in a charge of $15.

Missing class without canceling, or canceling within 1 hour of class will result in forfeiting the class credit or a No Show charge of $21.

what iS A WAITLIST?

If all bikes in a class have been reserved, you can choose to add yourself to the waitlist. As riders cancel and bikes become available, those on the waitlist will automatically be enrolled and get a confirmation email. If you can no longer make a class you are waitlisted for, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Once enrolled into class, the normal Cancellation/No Show policies apply.
