Arrive 15 minutes early to class so our staff can show you around and help you with bike set up. We will measure you to the bike and be able to offer any modifications you may need.

Doors to the studio open 5 minutes before class time, giving you a chance to meet your instructor! Any of our staff will be able to help you with your bike and make sure you are good to go!

DURING CLASS

Each class is 45 minutes long.

The instructor will lead you as we bike to the beat. When they say, “right,” that’s the exact moment your right leg hits the bottom of the circle, which will keep everyone moving together as a team. They will demonstrate the drills and count you in to help you succeed!

Keep some resistance on your wheel at all times, we recommend at least a level 5. The instructor will give you suggested resistance levels, but you are in control- keeping the beat of the music is more important than matching the exact resistance.

Every move performed out of the saddle can be done seated! Sit when you need to, take breaks when you need to. The room will go black between songs and drills, which is your time to recover.

Keep moving and ride as you are! There is no stress, pressure, or judgement. Listen to your body, and move in a way that feels good. Sing, dance, and have fun!

AFTER CLASS

Enjoy a refreshing essential oil towel during cool down and stretch.
